Hits4Pay is a PTR (Paid To Read) site.  They send an e-mail to your inbox with a link where you can login and view your messages/ads.  You have to look at each ad for about 30 seconds, which is fair to the advertiser.  Every one I’ve done has paid $0.02 each.  Also, they give you a $10 bonus just for signing up, which is free of course.

If you’ve accumulated $25 in your account by the 1st of the month you’ll get paid by PayPal around the 15th.  There is also a referral program that pays $0.01 for each e-mail read by someone you refer.

I’ve found Hits4Pay to be very straight-forward and easy to use.  If it sounds good, go sign up.
