Potato Wielding Wife
In the Weird News category, we have a story from Sky News about a Georgia couple who threw back a few on Thanksgiving then got into an argument. After being called an insulting name, the Mrs. selected the closest weapon, a potato and hurled it at hubby. I guess she underestimated her aim (or the spud’s density) and hit him betwen the eyes and knocked him out. Good thing it wasn’t a gourd!
Ahh what a story for the grandkids at future holidays… “Grandpa, tell me ’bout the time grandma chucked a spud and knocked you out.” Remember kids, pototoes don’t hurt people. People do.
