New Theme Coming Along
Despite having some sort of icky stomach bug, I’ve managed to make some good progress today on the new theme and layout for the blog. Hopefully you like it. I started with the Structure theme by Justin Tadlock and have just been making some tweaks here and there to make it work best for my readers.
I have to say hat’s off to Justin for an excellent theme. It has so many options and relatively easy ways to customize it. He also provides clear notes on how to get around the code and make the changes you want. I really appreciate that because I’m not a programmer by any stretch but I do like things to be a certain way and I’m not afraid to tinker in the code if I’m pointed in the right direction.
It’s not completely done yet, but hopefully tomorrow I’ll get to put the finishing touches on and spend more time on other stuff that’s piling up.
