Operation Bob

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Steve, the blogger behind Steve v4.6 and say thanks for being the first to really advertise on my blog via Project Wonderful.  Steve v4.6 is a great blog about a guy and his mission to drop some weight and be healthy without any miracle pills or potions, fad diets, or amazing breakthroughs.  Looks like he’s doing very well on his mission and providing some inspiration for the rest of us.  Way to go!
