CafePress Update
I’ve mentioned several times that CafePress is one of my favorite income opportunities online. It still is, but lately they have been making some changes that have resulted in smaller and smaller checks. First they took away volume bonuses instead focusing on sales driven directly by the shopkeeper via their shops. Most recently they are changing the pricing structure and trying to level everything out, which for me means less commission. I still can’t complain because it’s totally passive income that I don’t have to put any effort into beyond cashing the check each month. Once the design and products are setup, it’s a real set it and forget it. I need to ad some additional designs to create more chances for a sale, since I haven’t put anything new up there in over a year. If you like to design and haven’t checked out CafePress yet, give it a look. Despite the shrinking commissions, a check in the mailbox every month is still nice, and still very much worth the limited effort!
You should try Zazzle instead. Better economics and growing much, much faster. I made the switch and love ‘em. $$$

Thanks for the tip. I signed up with Zazzle about a year ago but didn’t do much with it. Looks like they really have grown since then. Today I spent a little time setting up some products there.
